Save the Beach, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates the Save Hollywood Beach campaign to protect all 76 acres of Hollywood Beach from federal overreach, including the proposed taking of approximately 18 acres by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

The campaign supports legal, advocacy, and outreach efforts and works closely with local stakeholders to preserve the beach for public benefit. All donations to support the Save Hollywood Beach campaign are made to Save the Beach, Inc. and earmarked for this purpose. Save the Beach, Inc. maintains separate project accounting for transparency.

The Save the Beach Board of Directors oversees all campaign finances, policies, and compliance, while the campaign leadership team, led by Sandra Nickerson, manages day-to-day activities within the board's approved strategic and financial framework.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and no portion of your contribution benefits any individual personally; all funds are used for charitable purposes in furtherance of Save the Beach's mission.

The Save Hollywood Beach campaign works in cooperation with Protect Hollywood Beach, Inc. ("PHB"), a homeowners association (HOA) that owns Parcel A on Hollywood Beach. PHB has engaged legal counsel to oppose the federal taking and conducts its own member fundraising for this effort. Save the Beach, Inc. may grant or directly expend funds in coordination with PHB's legal strategy and broader community advocacy to protect Hollywood Beach.
